Inspired by wildflowers found blooming in early spring, my current body of work aims to capture the peaceful and contemplative serenity found in nature. Exploring ideas of nostalgic memories as well as new beginnings, this series of imaginary landscape paintings highlight beauty in simplicity. From the tranquil slow moving stream, to the tall grass and flowers blowing in the wind, I am amazed how something often overlooked can have such a profound emotional impact when noticed.
